More than 22 years in Montreal real estate
Steve Rouleau built his practice mainly in Montreal’s central and eastern neighbourhoods, with a particularly strong presence in Rosemont and Villeray.
This experience has led him to work with many types of properties and projects: condominiums, single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes and other income properties.
Over the years, Steve Rouleau has closed hundreds of real estate transactions. He was a member of the RE/MAX Québec Platinum Club from 2007 to 2025 and of the Elite Circle from 2008 to 2025. He was the top seller at the RE/MAX du Cartier Villeray office from 2008 to 2012 and was inducted into the RE/MAX Québec Hall of Fame in 2018.
